At Teamleader, we live and breathe entrepreneurship. Founded in 2012, Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up with two work management products: Teamleader Focus and Teamleader Orbit. Everyday, our software allows entrepreneurs to focus on what really matters: their business. 12.000 entrepreneurs and their teams use Teamleader on a daily basis to sell, bill and organize work. From IT agencies and digital marketers to plumbers and construction companies. It’s our mission to help service businesses all over Europe thrive.


Sales Executives at Teamleader Focus advise small to medium businesses about their office software. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.


You don’t sell, you help entrepreneurs to work smarter

After potential customers activate a 14-day trial, you are their go-to person. With your laser-focus and self-starter attitude, you identify future fans in the blink of an eye and you schedule a demo with one of your colleagues for them. In this process you will work on both inbound and outbound leads. Over time, and when you have the necessary experience level as an Inside Sales Executive, you will also start giving demos yourself to leads, and closing them of course. We want you to build a relationship with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to. You have a genuine interest in the SMB market and you want to help our leads to work smarter.

You will talk with tons of entrepreneurs everyday and most of the times, Teamleader Focus is their first step to digitization; we really make a difference. You get to know your leads very well in a short period of time, our average sales cycle is 20 days.

Requirements

Is it you, we are looking for?

You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs as to their workflow and business processes. Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B sales, Customer Relationship Management and entrepreneurship. You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications. You want to grow on a personal and professional level, in a competitive environment.

Besides that, you speak fluent French (native level) and English (professional level). We don’t require work experience for this position, as long as you can prove you’re a hard-working person with some great deal of willpower.
